Where can I find you?
We currently operate online, through virtual consultations and through select partner stockists (which you can view here). We are based in Singapore and offer in-person appointments by request. Please reach out to inquire if you are local or visiting.
How are your pieces made?
All of our pieces are handmade in Singapore by our team of expert tailors and are never outsourced overseas. We personally oversee every stage of production and conduct detailed quality checks to ensure exceptional craftsmanship in every garment.
Where are your fabrics from?
We source premium fabrics from around the world, including mills trusted by fashion’s leading luxury houses. It’s important to us to use the highest-quality materials to create truly standout, one-of-a-kind pieces.
What is the difference between your Made to Order, Couture, and Bespoke lines?
Our Made to Order collection reimagines ready-to-wear by crafting each piece to order to be able to bring you the highest quality pieces with reduced waste. Couture features more advanced tailoring and the most premium fabrics, with elevated detailing and slight customisations available. Bespoke is our highest level of service– a fully custom, client-by-client design experience where each piece is uniquely created and no two garments are ever alike.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, we offer rush orders by request. A rush fee typically applies, and we will confirm feasibility and timelines with you in advance to ensure we can meet your special occasion date.
Size & Measurements
How do I know it will fit?
Our expert tailors are skilled at creating garments for custom measurements and build in adjustment allowances. Our garments are designed to arrive to your specifications. However, as with any made to measure couture garment, it is typical for a final round of tailoring to ensure the absolute perfect fit.
How do I know what size I am?
We create every piece based on your individual measurements rather than standard sizing. You can refer to our detailed measurement guide here, and we recommend using a soft measuring tape for the most accurate results.
What if I need help with finding my measurements?
Please review our measurement guide first, and if you’re ordering Couture or Bespoke, we are happy to assist you with a virtual measurement consultation to ensure everything is taken accurately and confidently. What if the piece doesn’t fit completely perfectly when it arrives?
Final fit refinements are a very normal and expected part of the couture and bespoke process. We craft each garment to your measurements with thoughtful seam allowances, allowing you to perfect the fit with a trusted local tailor of your choosing, unlike many bridal houses that require in-house alterations at set pricing.
Shipping & Returns
How long does it take for an order to be ready to ship?
Our typical production timeline is 9–12 weeks for Made to Order, 14–18 weeks for Couture, and 16–24 weeks for Bespoke. Each piece is handcrafted with intention, and timelines may vary slightly depending on complexity. We will always communicate clearly with you throughout the process.
Once shipped, how long does an order take to deliver?
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and courier service, but most international shipments arrive within 3–7 business days once dispatched. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
What happens if something isn't right when it arrives?
We take great care to ensure each piece arrives beautifully finished; however, as with all couture and bespoke garments, some fit refinements such as small length or sizing adjustments may be needed and minor alterations are an expected part of the process. If anything feels off design or quality-wise, please reach out as we are committed to making sure you are happy with your piece.
What is your returns and exchange policy?
As each garment is custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges. That said, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, so please contact us if you have any concerns and we will work with you toward a solution.
I got a bill for Duty payment due, what is this for?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes determined by your country’s customs regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by location.
Payment
DO YOU HAVE PAYMENT PLANS?
Payment plans are not available for our Made to Order collections. For Couture and Bespoke, 100% of payment is due upon confirmation, however payment plans may be available upon request.
The Bespoke Process
How does the bespoke process differ from what I see available on your website?
Our Bespoke service is a fully custom, client-by-client experience where each piece is uniquely designed from the ground up in collaboration with our designer. Unlike our online offerings, Bespoke involves multiple virtual consultations and a deeply personalised design journey to create something entirely one of a kind. Learn more here.
What if I don't love the first design proposal?
That is absolutely no problem. The Bespoke process is collaborative, and we refine, edit, and redesign as needed until you feel completely confident and excited about your final design. We always suggest to go out into the world and try on as many dresses as you can to help refine your vision and see what suits your figure best. This has always been a huge help in streamlining the design process.
How long does the whole bespoke process take?
The bespoke process typically takes 16–24 weeks, depending on fabric selection and design complexity. Rush orders may be available upon request, and timelines can be discussed in advance to accommodate your event date where possible.
What happens if something doesn’t fit right when it arrives?
As with all couture and bespoke garments, final fit refinements are a normal and expected part of the process to achieve a flawless result. Rather than requiring an in-house tailor, we allow you the flexibility to work with your own trusted local tailor at your preferred pricing, and we are happy to provide recommendations if needed.
