STAGE 1
CONNECT & DISCOVER
- A relaxed 30-45 minute conversation to discuss the vision and occasion, style references and budget
- We provide an overview of the process for full visibility and to get an idea of timeline
- Next steps: A small $250 holding deposit will be required to begin the official design work
STAGE 2
DESIGN PROCESS
- We curate a personalised proposal based on your brief with sketches and fabric selections. Nothing moves forward until you are satisfied.
- Client provides feedback and designs are tweaked and finalised.
- Client signs off on final design and full payment is made.
- We guide you through taking all measurements over a virtual consultation so nothing is missed.
STAGE 3
CREATE
- Our team of expert tailors begins crafting your one-of-a-kind garment, building in allowances for any final necessary changes.
- We ask any final clarification questions at this stage if necessary.
- Upon completion, we will send you a video of your completed garment– an opportunity for you to see the finished piece in full detail and address any final concerns before shipping.
STAGE 4
DELIVER
- Your garment is carefully and beautifully packaged and sent to you with tracking details provided.
- Instead of requiring an in-house tailor, you have the freedom to use your own trusted tailor for any final alterations.
